Eligibility Requirements for Reflections: Education & Employment Department
Eligibility Requirements:
Individuals must be:
- 16-21 years of age
- Low income (or live at the poverty level) and recipient of public assistance
- A Delaware Resident
- Within one or more “Youth Barriers”: Not in the workforce, deficient in basic literacy skills, pregnant or parenting, out of school, homeless, foster child, or requires other assistance in achieving basic skills or employment
Intake and Orientation Schedule:
- Reflections has an open door policy. Individuals who are interested (and who meet the eligibility requirements) may ENROLL AT ANY TIME throughout the year.
- Orientations are generally scheduled Monday - Friday at 9:00 a.m.; however, walk-ins may be accepted.
- Childcare and transportation needs are identified and addressed at intake and orientation.
Hours of Operation
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Class Hours (Vary): Monday –Friday 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
