A long term goal achievement program to assist income eligible renters in advancing towards financial self-sufficiency. Full comprehensive case management, personal resource coordinator, and budget/credit review and evaluation.

Statewide Security Deposit Loan Program

Helping families throughout Delaware to relocate into safe, affordable housing.

Since 1993, we’ve been helping families throughout the state to relocate into safe, affordable housing. Includes security deposits, utility deposits and moving vendors. Case management, financial education and credit establishment/re-establishment are available for qualified individuals.

A special savings account program specifically designed for purchasing a home or continuing your education! All E.I.T.C. eligible families automatically income qualify.

  • Attend 8 hours of financial education classes
  • Enroll and open your account with your counselor
  • Reach your savings goal of $1,500 in 6-36 months
  • Withdraw $3,750 towards your goal

 

 
An individual savings account program with matched dollars for each you save up to $1,500. Free workshops covering topics such as understanding credit, money management, and banking. Your counselor will help you work through credit problems and teach you valuable money skills. Use your FREE money for homeownership or education/training.
